I gotta say i have played Sanandreas for 3 years now, thought I knew the map really well, But have NEVER seen that! as a guess, tierra robdoma (think spelled right)

Its the little town with the cave village in the cliff next to it, just looked up whats its called, las barrancas. On the main road through it looking away from las venturas.

Checked out to make sure of the last one and came up with this place, deliberatly low camera angle to not give away stuff on either side of it, it is not inside btw.
