Is right nawal. Don't just give up because your clan's dying. Exquiza is the only UW around now, and has been for months, he's not quitting. You still got some members, just come ingame more and start recruiting again.

Exquiza will never have the time to restart UW, I know him better then you, and I'm sure that he wont recruit fast, the only way UW is a live is because he wears that tag.

Exactly, but as long as he wears that tag it's still alive. He isn't just leaving UW alone because UW is dead. He's carrying it on, just like nawal.
