Actually people...I've decided that a good starting date for LVM would be on the 31, since I have a lot of applications already, but we are STILL taking them. Sooo, that should give plenty of time for CHC to get plans ready or ideas settled.

By the way, I've decided to change the official beginning date to November 31st...I'll be on for that weekend.

Plus! I made some very simple signatures..their not that good but not bad. They show you peoples rank basically, for that was the purpose. If anyones interested in making sigs and remaking the ranks, go ahead and volunteer.
