Which CPU do you have and how much GB of ram? Your graphics card is pretty low end, but your CPU is more important. I'd not overclock anything if you don't have a decent cooler.

So, my card got 1024 MB of memory, then I got 2 GB of ram and an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+ @ 2,19 GHz

In MP all settings low @ 1024x768 you'll have about 20-40 fps.
