I totally agree with Borat.
Why the hell would you be scared about something that's (according to some people who believe this crap) gonna take place about 4 years from now?
For instance, you could die in a car accident tomorrow, or by a heartattack next week.. so there's no need to worry about that crappy asteroid.

The universe is circular, objects moving in it get closer and further away each time they spin around it. I agree with tomozj, i dont believe theres a chance we can just 'move it out the way'. Maybe blow it up?

And even the smallest of asteroids can create a crater the size of multiple football fields..
