A Hydra is a plane.
Planes can fly, similar to helicopters.
Planes move faster than helicopters, but cannot hover.
Also, planes cannot rotate.
A TEC-9 is a submachine gun.
It fires bullets.

Haha, I didn't even remember this topic existed, much less I created it... Thanks for the bump, and here's a question:
In the mission 'Are you going to San Fierro?' There's a Police Maverick "chasing" you before you get in Truth's van. What's different about that helicopter compared to the rest Police Mavericks ingame?
