Since the new XFIRE update was released (2 month ago) it's possible to use MSN with the 'Social Network Manager', so I'm using XFIRE(+MSN), Steam and IRC.

XFIRE ftw!

Like I said, Xfire is pwning them all currently... Since it DOES support msn, yahoo, aim, twitter, and google chat.

Tools>Social Network Manager.

(What makes it even better is it brings Msn Aim and yahoo to work with xfire in-game)
