1. Stand on the ship and go have a lunch.
2. Go to Ammunation and buy spawn grenades for all the cash you have collected.
3. Search for big fights/duels and try to stay on the background unnoticed.
4. When their health is down, just nade the crap out of them.
5. Run like hell.
6. Most likely you will now have enough capital to buy properties or whatever.
