it happened again, this time it happened while the message: NO GAMBLING GAMBLERS WILL BE SHOT
/PERMIT FOR A PERMIT was in screen
maybe it happens when you stay near slots too long without a permit but i don't think so

its some kind if glitch/bug
when u enter a casino without a gamble permit u got "respawnd", but when u fly over that location, the X abd Y are the same, so u get respwnd also!

I think this'd be a great rule.. though i always like it to shoot a bit arround
if i see an admin i always shoot like 20 bullets at him/her orso and walk further 
just messing arround all the time..On-topic; the rule would make a clear view for aswell as the admins as for the clients.. Though i do think that players or admins who abbuse it or violate the rules, should be temp-kicked for 2 mins orso.. on certain conditions ofcourse..
btw; i see a lot of players who are hard to kill.. i shoot like 200 bullets at them and they shoot back(running arround eachother etc) and he/she loses the armor, so do i, but i die and their health goes like 0,1% a bullet? is this a cheat/hack? is this a bug? or do certain chars have more health etc? I see this a lot of times and i wonder how'd this be possible..
Also i see a lot of bug abusers.. people who repair their cars which are on flames(done by me and my gang) and they type /minigames orso and their car stops flaming? i mean.. how lame could you be?
If i'm wrong please tell me and sorry for the post.. but i find it all just a lil bit too strange..

that's all just part of the everlaggy not-always-very-synchronised sa-mp. It's not made by a company but by (unpayed)ppl in their free time, so it can't be perfect.
But we all still love it the way it is !

Good rule.
I never shoot admins through, i shoot lamers or other gang members.
About the airbrake thing, you can fly with your skin when coming out.. or inside a minigame. mainly sniper madness.. or hidden massacre so watch out with that
Ill be active in 3 more moths or so. keep lvp a toop server till im back okay
