Hm i wanted to refresh this topic because i really think the base should be relocated sometime in the future
And I'm still for the KACC Area...
Admins is it possible to change the base (i know its possible, but does the management want to?), and are there any plans for changing it? (Maybe with Samp0.2 / LPV3.0 ?)

V-Rock hotel would be the perfect base. The balcoons there are god for defending it, and there are more entrances
