This topic is filled with biased replies. The ones that are provoking anyone in here are actually the ones that are 'for' the ban on this particular player.
Also, it doesn't matter if it's lame or not. If it isn't against any rules, there's no problem. Let your administrators do their jobs and quit interfering.
Hell, if the administrators are doing their 'jobs' properly, they wouldn't need any help.

Hello Maka, I didnt know if nading to avoid being killed by someone else was against the rules or not...hence i didnt say it was. I'm surprised its not actually, because its affecting stats in the game and also denying the killer a kill in the same way as using /kill would. Perhaps the management could have a discussion on wether this should be against the rules or not?
As you should well know from your years of moderating LVP, our community works on a report/action basis... the admins cant be left alone completely to see everything that goes on and they rely on discussion and reports from players to help them. What you call "interfering" is actually the basis on which our community operates and has nothing to do with the admins not doing their jobs properly.
Since starting this topic Ryder has been banned at least 3 times, so i think its clear that a spotlight on him was, and sadly still is, needed. Since starting this topic there has been a lot of conversation about regular "big name players" here constantly abusing to maintain their stats and these new bans we are seeing i believe is a result of this new determination to stamp it out.
Having said that I dont want this topic to just get into a flame war, so if anyone wants to lock it thats cool.

I believe that LVP's crew will handle it when it is needed. If they don't, then it's obvious they don't think there's a need to.
Since the start of those topics, there has also been a lot of useless bickering and provoking, amongst both parties. There is no use denying it because the facts are all over the place.
It's really obvious that there are two individual groups here. LVP's crew must stay neutral on this. Note though, that I'm not stating anyone in particular is denying anything.
I have already stated my thoughts on some of those punishments, so I won't go into that part again.

It's an admin's job to administrate. Alone or not, he is the one that must control what happens in-game. The report function is there to report someone breaking a specific rule, of course it is, but it's the admin's job to check it out. Besides, stuff like this should be handled in-game and not on the forum. If any of this happened during a time an administrator was not in-game, then there is simply nothing that can or should be done about it. I recall having been said quite a few times that video proof or whatsoever doesn't even matter. The active administrator must see the rule-breaking with his/her's own eyes.
That's all I'm really getting at though. In the end, does it really matter if someone tries to "protect his stats"? I mean c'mon, it's a silly game. It's not like he's literally hacking or cheating all over the place using various things regular players cannot get their hands on.

Admins handle things when needed, and right now it's needed. Tris used this topic to help admins serving justice everywhere, and apparentely it was needed, like Tris perfectly says:

We don't have admins/mods on 24/7, which is why players use @, /report and the forum to keep the server nice and clean. It's a great thing

Well done admins, in particular our Head of Administration, for once again catching Ryder command abusing and banning him accordingly.
This is now at least the 4th time Ryder has been banned since i started the topic (that I know of - maybe more) showing that he still sadly needs to be watched closely.
Please Ryder, stop your abusing ways and come back into our community of fair, fun loving players ... we will welcome you with open arms if you just stop your bad habits.

talkin about a certain day when tris called himself a best runner in samp and while we prove him he was wrong by easily catch him 10 times in a row he started finding excuses and said ryder hacks, thats why we caught him xD

Zai, this topic is about Ryder's command abuse, not his player mods.
I havent accused him of hacking anywhere in this topic so please keep it on topic.
Yourself and Ryder have both repeatedly claimed Ryder doesnt command abuse either, with your standard reply "Proof or STFU" well i provided proof and Ryder is now banned, yet again, for command abuse.
He should really start to obey the rules and everyone can be happy
