nemesis for that wolverine form, what skills / magic do you need to raise to "improve" that form ? 2 handed or 1 handed or .. ?

Uhm, I joined neither. I don't want to be attacked by one or the other when I come across camps or go to certain towns. It's not crucial for the main quest afaik.
Anyone got married yet? Good source of food and money.

Neither I think, think it has to do with your level
@ Danny: It's pretty much a side quest I don't think you need to join one but it is pretty cool, some of the missions involve defending cities against invaders, and invading forts against like 50 guys, its pretty fun
and Forget Vilkas' sword, I never used it so I don't know how good it is but you get cooler stuff, I've got Wuuthrad (the axe seen in some loading screens), Ysgramors shield and a bunch of other stuff from the companions

I get really impatient
I feel like I'm level 11 now and I'm still using a sword I got when I was like level 3. I seriously can't find anything better though.Maybe I should do the main quest some more. I've just been hooked on the side-quests.
