You're making this sound like LVP is a RP server.
GTA is not the same as SAMP. LVP has other purposes than "surviving on the streets".

A. Remove ammo while in the vehicle.
B. estroes idea.
The idea of removing the health the you remove from the victim sounds like it would be a lot more complex script, if even possible to make. Also the idea sounds like it would have a lot of holes in it, because yeah some players have armor and others do not. So that leaves an unbalanced variable.
Oh and this also makes bl0tt0's argument invalid.

my main idea was ONLY against those guys who db you until your low hp and then they leave the car to give you the final blow(avoiding the revenge menu)....this is the pain in the ass,not the hole db thing.

That's why I said A and B, it's a decision between the two because either way DB would go away.

Now I dont know much about scripting on samp in general, but making the player take damage to himself as he deals dmg to others doesnt sound that complicated.
Its indeed possible, compared to what scripts that are created for samp at least.
New idea, automatic /slap after 10 driveby shots.
