You need to be Master Sgt. 1st ([Image: CA_rank-MSG.jpg]) to start a clan.

I'm Staff Sgt. 1st ([Image: CA_rank-SSG.jpg]) but you can join a clan at any rank.
I really want 'General of the Army' rank >:) [Image: CA_rank-GOA.jpg]

Only a certain number of people get it, even if you do meet the required XP, you might not get it.

Quarantaine sucks tho, it's nice, but you barely earn experience. You should play Elimination in Showdown with me and Exquiza :D, we do it all the time :+.

haha this Pyrobalk dude was pretty poor, he had super rank, super equipment, ultra guns n shit, and still got pwned by us with ezzzzzzz  i told him "dun worry bout gettin owned son, we're from SAMP" and then he ragequit lulz
