Well, that is weird, is it without your internet is open? that is superweird...
i used to have ALOT of popups, then i changed internet settings, downloaded google toolbar, and some other shit, and now i have No popups at all, only when its a site that auto popups show.
I actually have no idea, but there is ALLWAYS a solution about it. good luck

Thats a bad idea, because he might have things that he cant re-instal, That he hasnt got the disk for, e.g modems, printers, ect etc

You must have loads of trojans on your computer, I used to have it! I just rebooted mine, But it might be of in-convince to you,
Why dont you get norton, the 15 day trail, scan for viruses, n delete all the Bastards!

I had a lot of viruses one day and these programs made me able to finish them. Since their install no virus ever came into my pc
CCleaner is very good for this too I think, it clears your register. Everything will be deleted, you can redo all the sites you trust afterwards

-don't put on msn or internet while playing
-and use the CCleaner
and that should be it?
