Maybe one of the leaders are real gangsters.
Gangsters are in the mob, don't hang around in front of their house on the street.
Gangsters hurt and kill people for money, power or infunce.
If those gangsters got in a fight they would not be dressed properly for it with all those caps and extra clothing, hard to fight and run.

Those on the picture are some dressupkids with dirt in their eyes, so they look mean.

Those are gangster; members of the Crips gang, 1 of the biggest gangs in LA.

And the 'Crips' and 'Bloods' in Holland are fake, those on the pic are probably real.
