Issa can't do anything; last time as he was leaving he tried to surprise attack me by shooting at me with 2 Sawn-Off Shotguns. After he did, I took out the AK47 and bust a cap in his @$$.
Issa is not a dangerous player, he's trying to be a THUG, but in reality he is just a f@g.
