Black Ops 2 is the best CoD I've seen in awhile, definitely tops MW3, which IMO is the worst CoD to date. Definitely an improvement to Black Ops. My hours still belong to CoD4 and MW2, as NateR pretty much said, it's nothing to rush out and buy, go get yourself FarCry 3, Warfighter, or The Walking Dead with your money, from what I seen/heard the new zombies is really not all the great, definitely not worth the $60 people are willing to pay just for 3 new zombie maps.

Yeah I heard too it's the best apparently but does it top CoD4?

To my belief/experience CoD4 is the best in the franchise, I have WaW, MW2 and BO too but they can't compete on the same level :P

Didn't bother with MW3 maybe I will with BO2 if it is actually good? So at the moment for me CoD4 is the best and I would choose BF3 over the remaining CoD games anyday :P
