People who are truly religious tend to be sensitive about their beliefs and don't like their beliefs to be ridiculed. Re: Happy Diwali ;D - Kase - 10-30-2011 If you wish to not be muted, then you may aswell consider discussing in a more polite way. So let's avoid stupid and not-so-sarcastic comments. Re: Happy Diwali ;D - Maka - 10-30-2011 If you believe in your religion then there is no need to be defensive about it to others who don't. Perhaps that is something you should note. My comment was purely in reply to the ridiculous "don't be racist or get a religion" post, but was not negative in any way. Stop being so sensitive about it and stop caring so much about what someone posts on a website. I also don't see how race has anything to do with religion. Re: Happy Diwali ;D - [NB]Zaibatsu - 10-30-2011 party still on? how long is this party lasting btw? happy dimbwali all!

Or is there someone else we should know about? Allah is what Muslims call God, Buddha is who Buddhists follow but he isn't seen as a God rather a person with great wisdom..And Hindus believe in one God also, like Islam and Christianity..but split into further forms.

Re: Happy Diwali ;D - [SWK]Dacads - 10-30-2011 Nope there is no name just God, however yes Shiva is one of the many 'deities' though Re: Happy Diwali ;D - XiZ - 10-30-2011 So does your(I presume) religion believe all this stuff about The Old Testament and The New Testament or do you guys have a completely different version of the world's creation and development? Basically do Hinduism, Buddhism and etc. have anything in common with Christianity? Hell, is Islam connected in any way? Kaka, Mohit or anyone else familiar with this religion - put in something if you'd like. |
