You'll need a much bigger and more detailed start post than that if you want any respect from haters. If your start post is...well...like that, it shows that you aren't serious and so nobody else will take you or the ''clan'' serious.
Have a memberlist, member ranks (trials, members, higher ranked members, leaders, managers etc), clan rules (and perhaps consequences of breaking them rules) and perhaps requirements (and an application form?) for recruits. Or link them to where they can see the requirements (not just the site's main page).
Also a nice clan banner can help a bit too.
