The lamest thing to happen to me would be around this time last year when I hurt my back playing football in a 5-a-side game. I continued to play and even defended a goal right after but I could hardly play and I did something to my back that day so whenever I crouch or do too much in a workout it feels some strain.
If that wasn't the lamest thing that happened to me then the visit to the doctors that week would be. The doctor (really nice guy, much better than his wife, he's disabled too and got sacked f
