Re: Total Gaming Radio - Munch - 04-04-2010 So you're denying someone based on their age, even though he could become a great addition to your community, and you'd accept anyone that is old enough even though he could be a waste of space? So really, you're generalising. Re: Total Gaming Radio - Chaotica - 04-04-2010 We don't deny or accept people based on feelings or such. We deny or accept people based on the agreement which every DJ is to accept. You can't accept the agreement if you are under the named age. This is not just any radio starting up, We made an agreement and we stick to it. Therefore, we cannot accept DJs under the named age, and might even raise the age to 18 if needed due to legal issues. If we would to accept a DJ under the named age we'd have to create a separate agreement including which costs extra time which we do not have, aswell as legal issues. Ofcourse we could someday create a separate agreement for minors if we then would were to accept them, but with that we'd need parental or guardion overwatching their onair times which is for the current moment impossible and unacceptable. As cleared in the official post, we want mature DJs and therefore demand of a minimum age of 16(this might change lateron). If we would deviate from the agreement now, we'd be showing bad faith in the agreement itself aswell as the radio station itself. Therefore putting a bad reputation on our name. Obviously, If a DJ is to bring a bad reputation or shows immaturity to the radio station and we'd have someone better to replace him/her we would do so. Sincerly, Chaotica Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Mark - 04-05-2010 Just wanted to comment. For this kind of internet radio it was a pretty good start today. I enjoyed broadcasting and will every time I can. So yeah, it's not really failing like LVP Radio did.
Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Chaotica - 04-07-2010 *update*
Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Mark - 04-09-2010 Tune in now! http://www.tacticalnuketeam.eu/radio/tntradio.html Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Chaotica - 04-10-2010 I wonder, why does this post get read over 580 times and we only have 10 listeners so far? could anyone help me out here why this is hapenning? Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Dominator33 - 04-10-2010 I think most of todays gamers want to listen to their own shit. For example, 8ball has hiphop, Nater has metal, i have rock. I got all the shit i like in my playlist so i dont feel like listening to a radio. Its not that im not ''open'' for other sorts of music, i do have some rap and other stuff in my playlist, but i'd just rather listen to everything then i like then to some radio who may plays music i like 1 outta 10 times. Im not a big fan of radios anyways, but this may be the cause. Could be wrong tho. Good luck btw
Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Matthias - 04-11-2010 Exactly what Dominator33 said. Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Chaotica - 04-11-2010 so you'd say i'm targetting the wrong group.. thought so. But every user on the net has their own music, otherwise you don't have a pc i guess.. so i guess starting a webradio is lost money? what do you think? thanks for the replies already btw.
Re: TNT: Gaming Radio - Chaotica - 04-13-2010 Nevermind. I am not going to fail this radio because of a bad listening count. *update* we are allowing DJs under the named age to join the TNT Radio crew IF they are mature enough as we see fit. To apply as a DJ under the named age you need to fill in the form and add any experience you might have had, or proof of maturity. *update* |
