Dont see why Mafo cant wish him fun there, the army indeed IS lots of fun, atleast if your country isnt in a war, ofc.
In Germany everybody that turns 18 and isnt going to school atm has to choose either between 9 months community service (like helping people, working in hospitals w/e) or 9 months army.
Aslong as your country isnt in war, i can guarantee you army can be lots of fun.
Edit: Yeah Agent is from Israel, well, hope he doesnt get sent to any real battles.

Every american that thinks about going to the army i _really_ recommend playing Americas Army, its a damn interesting game with lots of information about army careers, university oopertunities and such. Very interesting.
In Germany you can go to special army universities on which you during your studying there still get full paid (thats the advantage to normal universitys where you dont get paid for ofc), but incase of a war or defend thing you gotta fight for them.
Army isnt just fighting.
