there's vid on youtubes that show you how, but you can always just shoot it from a distance and have the 3 other survivors unload as much as possible into the witch, which has worked a ton of times when we couldn't crown the witch.

Once you headshot it the first time it suddenly gets easier and you'll be able to headshot it without fault in the future.
You don't have to disturb it, anyway.

If you have really played both Killing Floor and L4D, you would know that they are both completely different games. I recently downloaded Killing Floor (2days ago I think) and I've been playing with my friends via hamachi, same with L4D, they are very different and both very good.
