Don't bother about it, this guy is almost impossible to hit, the only way you can beat him is if you use the same tactics as him, fpslimit and ofc.. :/

Sometimes what happens is both players just wait until they see their opponent in-game. And since both do the same, they never see each other in-game. This could be your case.
