It's not entirely true. I think the following:
It's not totally up to Peter, in fact, Dennis and slein are about such things. They rather have non-clan people because when you're in a gang you might just give your clan-mates a better treatment then others.
I had a talk with DeLiC yesterday and the outcome that it may be better for him if he isn't in a clan if he wants to become a mod.
Some other things I read: Flaming from his side: I told him that too, he's cutting down on it seeing it isn't appropriate indeed. As we all know, SiN isn't a sweet 'non-flaming' clan so that wouldn't do him good imo.
Also I saw something about it only being temp: Indeed it was, things is, he wants to become full.
Anyway, as LilJoN said, let's keep it on-topic.
