I think alltime on LVP, it would be BA. But in terms of SAMP, it definitely wouldn't be.

BA - most popular and unique gang in LVP

HC4L - second most popular and unrivaled gang in LVP

oh ok, I thought you ment by that, that they still are alive that the gang is not closed yet. idk bout BA then becuase they don't seem  very activs :S.
