Step 2: Open Paint/Photoshop and -> ''Paste'' it or just keep CTRL pressed down and press V
Step 3: the pic is now there, and save it.

My Desktop. I'm not using Windows Vista but Windows XP with a Vista theme and major system tweaks to speed my processor up 0.3 GHZ from my original clock.
