Yeah, I know what you mean, but Black ops doesn't allow certain configuration changes anymore. Modern Warfare 2 had the same problem. It's one of the first things I try whenever a new Call of Duty gets released.
The command was this: bind MWHEELDOWN "weapnext; wait 2; weapnext"
So yeah, apologies, but if any of you need to interrupt your reload, you will have to scroll twice. :p

Why don't you just sprint in a small circle or something instead? The sprint cancels the reload (which you probably know).
