i recommend /fpslimit 28, thats pretty much all you need. i like to keep my fps high though

yeah keeping it low definately helps because you don't those uber laggy times so often.

Players can now stand on moving vehicles without any Lag. Anybody tried it?

its alot better now though, me and some NB and estroe were standing on planes while someone flies it
