Yeah, Rockstar made an official press release about the PC version's release and the changes they're making in it.
Looks nice, but it'll probably take a Crysis-level video card to run it without lag. Bit of a shame.

*Sony will earn a hell of alot more money, and so will Microsoft, because people will go and buy a console to play GTA.
*When the people (us) have bought the console, and when all the players have played so much GTA IV that we cant take it anymore, R* will release their downloadable episodes, So THEN we will have to play even more GTA IV!!

R* will sell their game and get money
Sony will sell their console and get money
Microsoft will sell their console and get money
When people stops to play IV R* releases their episodes to bring the players back
