In case you didn't make backup, yes, you do. Or maybe you can find a 'clean' one on the internet somewhere.

Ok. As I said. I did all of that you suggested. Nothing happend. I even bought new, faster router.
But still i can't, Buy Properties, i timeout if there is like 100+ players but everyone timeouts so...
I'm wondering when I'll be able to buy properties. I tried to buy a propertie at Littlewhiteys and it wors. Any solutions. I re-installed SA-MP, Re-installed windowses, bought new router, there is nothing more to do...

I think I did back it up... in the rockstar games folder, I renamed it... I'll tru that and see what ahppens.
