So my friend is making on Official Playstation Custom THEMES Where you can upload Themes for your Playstation made by Graphic Designers with Adobe
Photoshop! AngryAce and BoogerJay are the lead Theme designers! But, You can also create Themes yourself! The website is not fully done yet, but check it out!

Reasons.
PlayStation 3
Pro's: Free online play, Blue-Ray compatible (Which, as you know, won the format war), Bluetooth, internet access, good graphics.
Con's: Lack of games.
Xbox 360
Pro's: Good games (not really when I look at them imo), Decent graphics, online play, HD Compatible (Okay..).
Con's: ALOT of breakdowns when it got released, goes to show how cheap Microsoft are (Trust me, I had one, and it was utter fail), Limited HD, Online play comes with a price.
XBOX Live is not better and/or more enjoyable that PlayStation Network.
Microsoft is a SOFTWARE COMPANY, so who do they think they are? Sony is an ELECTRONICS COMPANY, people still use 20 year old TV's from SONY to this day.
Which means, maybe Microsoft could design a console that ACTUALLY WORKS.
