He is talking about LW's. Not LVP.
And there was infact an [S*] gang on LVP 2, Snakez.
There's also an [S*] gang on LW's.
That's what he meant. If you go to LW's for example with an [S*] tag, there's a big change you'll get kicked for impersonating (Walking around with a clantag that isn't yours).
Note: [S*] used because['with a normal s' gets you in trouble with your text being crossed by a line in it.

Make the name [SK] for silent killerz then ally with [Silent movers]
But [SK] does sound a bit good.
Another would be [V] For Vagos and have the gang skin the yellow people or something.
