Yes, houses and other advantages are only available to people who donate to Las Venturas Playground. We got quite some bills that need to be payed in order to keep the server running, so every donation is appericiated. This way we can make it more appealing for you, giving you large advantages to your in-game experience as well.

The rule is that you get 10 objects if you donate 5 euro's, which is more than enough to buy a nice house with some tree's and a vehicle next to it. To get a proper location in Las Venturas might be more difficult however, mainly due to the fact that FiXeR hasn't completed the planning yet... after more than a year.
