It may be different between formats of the game [i.e. ps3 xbox and pc] but in the ps3 one all you can really do is change your clan tag

Heh, I'm probably going to sell CoD4, to enjoy UT3 with TO3
The bad thing about the PS3 version of CoD4 is that you can't join servers like on the pc/cod3 ps3 version.
