As benbmyers said, it could of been purposely put in for us to find out, or it could be all a bunch of crap. But we don't know yet. According to some shiz, this is the only myth in the game that hasn't been found out.

Thank you benb, what you said is what I thought, anyway, there was some guy on this forum who posted, claiming he worked for Rockstar, said some crap about Kifflom or whatnot, I can't find it atm, it's something about cracking the code or w/e. There's also an Italian forum I ended up on, The page was about Epsilon, so I ran it through a translator, it was all messed up but I could read some of it, which was him saying he had cracked it, and he had found "Kifflom", probably a lie, but the translator messed everything up.

Yeah, I've seen that page, it looks interesting, but once again, the translator just completely messed up the page, and it was un-readable
