so is it a "Permanent Gang" thing? Or u have to create a gang everytime u join in?

Persistent / permanent, call it as you please - a gang that is created using the /gang create command will stay assigned to your account until such time as you leave using /gang leave

On a related-note, we have now implemented the ability to see which gang a player is in! This used to be an admin-only feature, but it's now available for all. Say you wanted to find out which gang I was in, you would use /gangs George and an output will be displayed. Also works with the player's ID.

is there another gang account? Like, another account that can be used by every member in the gang or smth like that ?

There is no such functionality at this time.
We are, however, happy to expand on the gang featureset
