Depends on what you want to do. If it's running it's running. You can join your local server using this ip: 127.0.0.1:1337

I'm having a hard time making myself admin in the server can you please help?

Locally (If connected to the LVP test database) or on the staging server you can use /register to register.
When registered you'll have to rejoin the local/staging server.
When rejoined you can use /account -> Beta features and set your desired administrator level. (Once again you'll have to rejoin for this)
