That's a typo. I meant three obviously since you have to multiply by √3.

Nice fuse,congrats on your job! In meantime,my musician skills're getting better and better since i'm going to music school.... :) Also,i had exams for teh Music High School in June and i passed. :)

It's 3 phases that will get you 400 volt. Not 2. Hence the sqrt of 3.

Yeah but If you got 3 phases and measure The currency between 2 of them it Will show you 400v. If you dont believe me, go and see it for yourself...

Even confused between current and voltage...sheesh.

Depends if they have a star connection or delta connection between the three phases...
