miniguns = not easy to avoid
rocket = easy to avoid since even u manage to do so, and its very restricted unlike carbombs which is the topics main point if u happend to miss that

if u set the veichle on fire and ctp when theres just a sec or 2 left for the veichle to explode it explodes together with the carbomb.
