Type /m_filter 1 in the console. This is specifically for smoothing out mouse movement.
Turn your windows mouse sensitivity DOWN as far as you can stand it, then turn your in-game sensitivity UP.
Turn OFF "sync every frame" in the graphics options (not sure if that's the exact wording, but you get the idea). If you leave it on the mouse feels laggy, but smooth.
Assuming you are playing online, try using the following network tweaks:
seta snaps "30"
seta cl_maxpackets "42"
seta com_maxfps "125"

awwa thanx.. but i found a fix. and i remember posting it here(maybe internet died at that time) ;o
well anyways. i had to used Wired mouse to play. its seems to be problem with unwired mouse. or maybe my mouse is fucking gay xDDAnyways where should i add the last 3 commands?
