Okay then. I like the idea, and I think we'll have enough people interested in it. Even three-four gangs would be enough. And LVP has enough active gangs: they just need to have a reason to join.
About the money, I still don't think it will work. Leaders would be in trouble with money, especially when they're underage and/or can't pay. Even if money would indeed make the whole thing more serious, SA-MP isn't made for serious competitions. Packet drops, FPS lag, weird hitboxes, and all that stuff aren't really helping it. So I think we should stick to ingame prizes.

I think you can set a local MTA server and map together, but I'm not really sure how to do it. I guess a google search will do the work
About the idea, how would you guys like it to be "structured"?

That wouldn't really make sense. We proposed money before, and we realized it isn't a prize anyone would like, since we can earn more than 50 millions/minute with the current economy.
So, propose other prizes! And remember, they can be anything (besides admin rights obviously
