Not really, russia is considered as biggest hacking country in world. And most cleo mods like missing 2/3 bullets are made by them, i even know the guys who makes those hacks. I'm half russian but i would never join their stupid community because they all hack/cheat and are retarded. But russians have also made great plugins for sa-mp that are useful and unique, so hacking isn't the only thing they do.
Just a note to other clans, if russian is applying to your clan then double or triple check him, all the russians we had in PTM, were banned for cheating, well most of them.

The irony in this story is when PTM busts some1, you all say its obvious he cheats, yet when a PTM gets busted as obvious as your own videos then you say it's some sort of bug.
And how is it pathetic if you don't care about playing with a anti cheat. alot of clans and people are playing this game for 3/4 years without an anti cheat and still played clanwars and so on. If you can't be sure if they cheat or not then you shouldn't play CWs or TCWs as you just accuse people you hate or that you 'suspect' of using something. That's pathetic in my opinion

i play this game since 2006 with breaks but ive seen alot and i really do have some knowledge about this game and people just say i don't have it. what i call pathetic is upload video, for example this video [PTM]MATRIX4057 BUSTED and say its me cheating. first of all i asked 09 for IP from that guy and it matched guy from slovenia and you can only guess who did it, ugp knows its not me and they still keep that video up, just to make me look bad overall. Same with al_pacino, we have proven that he is clean on all youtube videos and people still keep the videos up, that is what makes looks us bad. - thats what i call pathetic. If you really think we cheat, ask MrS as they are only clan that can beat us, since we are not used to fight people with 200+ pings, if we really did cheat we would be winning all tcws/cws, but we still lose alot.
