What are you talking about "changer". Drivebying isn't changing anything at all whatsoever.
deagle drive by's are cheap as hell, they fire like machine guns pretty much, with a strong amount of damage. Snipers, they bugged up or something with some of the server commands or w/e, snipers aren't much of a big loss so it was simpler to just ditch them.
