Funny how people react when they are getting muted for flaming/swearing. You know the rules, you know you could get muted, you know you could eventually banned for it.
So when you not follow the rules, you know what to come. And even if you decide you will not follow them, we are the people to blame?
get lost. This game is rated 18+ in the USA. Here it is 16+ even if the cover sais 18+. It's rated that way because of what you could see in the game. Nothing to do with people ranting/flaming/swearing at eachother!
Beside that, you accepted the rules while entering the server. So live with it.

why its simple
LVP, the forum and the IRC platform are free services offered to anyone who wants to join the community. Thats why the people in charge can enforce whatever rules they want - if you want to use the free services, then deal with the rules. If you dont follow them, get excluded or banned. It's that easy.
Its not like any player has the "right" to play here or act like a douchebag. I'd see no problem at all if Badeend decided to ban a certain clan from LVP just for the lulz - his server, his rules.
You want to play on it, so deal with the rules. If you dont agree, go play somewhere else.

Well im done with samp, so i couldnt care less, but im pretty sure people would rather play in a small but friendly community than in a big flaming one
