I also don't know whether SA-MP supports russian letters added in gamemodes. But you can always find an alternative way - russian with latin letters! Here are the 2 sentences if needed:

Yeah that's what I meant, if we see a lot of áeìáò shit I think if they use latin letters (what we see) it'll look like russian characters for them, dunno if you get me
