Ask our old pal 'Cave' if you have questions about GTA:IV. Last I seen him he was working on a Wiki page for the game, so i'm sure he'd be able to help you out.

IVPCFAN_ don't bother asking here, for every half decent response you'll get 100 responses of crap or flame. Just ask a couple of people in private- respectful people who know what they're talking about.
Grab people that are good at marketing/advertising, web design (FateTrip's good if he has any free time) and get the ball rolling.
