ChinaTown wars > GTA IV story and single player wise.
And Rockstar loves $$$ so there's no reason why they should not of done this, considering its actually a good game.

It's a very cool game, altought the graphics are kinda 2D/3D, the use of the touch screen is very cool, I passed it in 2 days, but i still play it online with my friends
