They are all kinda shitty compared to Vice City. In Vice City listening to the radio created a way better atmosphere than in SA.

Although I agree the songs in Vice City were better then the ones used in San Andreas they are still pretty cool, the playlist of SA is better then the one used in GTA IV. K-DST has a lot of cool music and therefore wins my prize!

I don't have sound on SA at all, so I'd go for radio off. But I'll vote for K-DST because when I did have sound that was nearly always on before I started using user tracks. Now I just use my phone so I don't need to be in a car to hear music.
